Batter Up: Washington County Wedding Photography

I once again had the pleasure of getting to photograph at Rachael Waddell's side to capture this beautiful and very fun baseball themed wedding!

And can we talk about just how lucky this couple was? What was supposed to be a rainy, dreary day turned into gorgeous clear blue skies. So the sun, took one look at those clouds and said, "I'm stealing second base and you're not gonna stop me." What was supposed to be a chaotic situation of getting to the church on time because of a huge parade...just evaporated as the guests and everyone were due to start arriving. "Traffic? That's not enough of a curveball."

Gathering the wedding party to a baseball field out of the way that was apparently about to be hosting some other event. "RBI Double, we got time."

Every tricky pitch that could be thrown at this wedding just turned into an effortless home run. Congratulations Ashley and Brent on being called up to the majors together! May you enjoy a lifetime career of great stats, awesome teamwork, a high win-loss ratio, and incredible coaching from family and friends. May the General Manager on high look favorably on the pair of you as you aim to make it to the extended playoff seasons for more fun. And may retirement from the field of play lead to new opportunities and someday, maybe, see you coaching your own team in the future
